There are many times when you need a longer magnetic bit tip holder. This one works, but with some of the shorter driver bit inserts, the inserts can fall out between each driven screw. The outer barrel slides over the driver bit and screw, making starting the drive easier. Haven't found a better one yet (Makita or Bosch or.).
What can I say, when you hang drywall.this is the thing to have. Leaves your other hand free to complete a ground as you drill through a conduit.
I recently bought one of these and like it a lot.Sometimes I do end up using two hands to get it started, but not always. This little tool makes driving a screw much easier and saves the skin on your fingers. I seem to be able to drive screws truer and deeper with this gadget. It's worth the money.

Gar-bahgge. The thing cracked and swallowed a bit.
After 5 days use, using a DeWalt drill, it cracked. I have a Ryobi cheapo for the last 10 years.
I bought this one for a second drill. "Basura".

I'm a builder in Southern Oregon. These things work well for driving long screws with one hand, and they can significantly speed up tasks like screwing down decking. They don't last forever: durability is not their strong suit. But worth it anyhow, I'm replacing my old one.
